Ski chalet prices: what a week for 12 costs
With 12 guests, a week in the house costs from about EUR 35 to EUR 158 per person per night, cleaning and linen included, tourist tax extra. The house costs the same for 4 or 12
The rent does not depend on the number of guests. Only linen is charged per person. Example, the week of 11–18.01.2027 (rent EUR 5,451.92, read 19.10.2026):
- 4 guests: EUR 5,928 for the week, about EUR 212 per person per night
- 8 guests (two families or 4 couples): EUR 6,058, about EUR 108
- 12 guests: EUR 6,187, about EUR 74

The minimum stay is 3 nights. Free cancellation up to 61 days before arrival (as of 15.10.2026).
You book and pay through Alpvision Résidences, the local agency that manages the house (listing 324847). Alpvision sets the prices; we only show what its calendar showed on the date given.
Ski week budget: passes and parking
Adult ski passes at the ticket office, as of 15.10.2026: 4 Vallées 6 days CHF 409, Printse sector (Thyon, Veysonnaz, Nendaz) 6 days CHF 349. Online at least 10 days ahead costs 10% less. Children born in 2020 or later ski free.
Parking des Masses at the chairlift, 1.8 km from the house: free by day, CHF 10 per night, CHF 50 per week (as of 15.10.2026).
193 m² for up to 12 guests, 5 bedrooms, a hot tub and a sauna included in the rent, 1.8 km by road from the Les Masses chairlift.

How much does a ski chalet in Switzerland for up to 12 people cost per week?
Ours, read on 19.10.2026: from EUR 2,901 for the whole house in November to EUR 13,245 over New Year, cleaning and linen for 12 included. Tourist tax is CHF 3 per adult per night on top.
Is the price per person or for the whole house?
For the whole house. The rent is the same for 4 or 12 guests; only linen (EUR 32.45 per person) depends on the number of guests.
What is the cheapest week?
Of the weeks we read on 19.10.2026: 9–16.11.2026, about EUR 35 per person per night with 12 guests. In summer, 3–10.07.2027 is about EUR 43 (on request).
